Enrolment

An enrolment form must be completed for every participant. Please let us know if any of your details change.

Payment

• Payment in full is due 3 business days before the lesson.
• Lesson packs (5 or 10 sessions) are paid upfront and expire 12 months after purchase.
• Fees are reviewed each calendar and/or financial year and may change.
• Pool entry fees, where they apply, are paid directly to the pool facility's reception. They are separate to ACM Swimming's fees.
• All fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations and changes

This applies to any change or cancellation, at your pool or ours.

• 24 hours' notice or more before the lesson: no charge.
• Weather (rain, or cooler than 20°C): no charge. Please give us as much notice as you can.
• No notice: the full lesson fee is charged.
• Late arrival: we can't make up lesson time if you arrive late.

Storms

For safety, we don't run lessons in an outdoor pool during an electrical storm. If a storm starts during a lesson, the lesson stops immediately. Make-up lessons are offered at ACM Swimming's discretion.

Safety and hygiene

Participants and/or their parent or guardian agree that:

• Children who are not toilet trained must wear an industry-recommended aqua nappy.
• Participants go to the toilet, rinse off any sand, mud or food, remove loose band-aids and blow their nose before getting in the pool.
• An adult brings each child to their lesson and collects them at the end of it.
• Participants should wear goggles, and tie long hair back or wear a swimming cap.
• Participants don't attend if they're unwell, for example with conjunctivitis, fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, ringworm, head lice or a urinary tract infection.

Group lessons

Our lessons are private 1:1. Group lessons are only available for swimmers of similar ability and for family members, at ACM Swimming's discretion. Lane hire is subject to availability.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can't be redeemed for cash. They expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
